This year, our club is focusing on Cholera in India. Cholera is an acute diarrhoeal disease that can kill within hours if left untreated. It is caused by eating food or drinking water contaminated with a bacterium called Vibrio cholerae. This preventative disease is spread due to the inadequate access to clean water and sanitation facilities.

Our goal is to raise $10,000 to help combat this preventative disease. Through fundraising and sponsorships, we hope to provide 800 water filters, and donate $2,000 to a school to purchase water tanks.

Our club has set up a 5K walk/run on April 1st. The details will be posted soon so please check back for updates!
